Austin hadn't done well against Switzerland County recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Eagles came out on top against the Pacers by a score of 22-19. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 10-5 win the Pacers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Austin and bumps their season record up to 6-8. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.5 runs over those games. As for Switzerland County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
