Tigerton had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They walked away with a 9-5 win over the Bowler Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Panthers two weeks ago, they had to take a 6-2 loss.

Tigerton's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-3. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Bowler, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-3.

Looking ahead, Tigerton will face off against Shiocton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chiefs will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bowler, they will take on Gresham Community at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
