19 must be Milford's lucky number: they beat Piute with that score not once but twice on Tuesday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 19-4 margin over the Thunderbirds. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 16 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.
Miley Willden made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing four innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off one hit.
