Basketball Recap: LEAP Academy's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

LEAP Academy had to endure an eight-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They took down Pennsauken Tech 50-32 on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Lancers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

LEAP Academy's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Pennsauken Tech, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

LEAP Academy will host Riverside at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. LEAP Academy is facing Riverside at the right time seeing as Riverside is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pennsauken Tech, they will head out on the road to face off against Willingboro at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
