It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Miller can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the St. Thomas More Cavaliers on Tuesday. The Rustlers' loss signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

While Miller ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 22-25, 25-21, 25-18.

Paige Werdel paced Miller's offense, picking up 12 kills. Werdel got some help from Gracen Werdel and her 31 assists. Gracen was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Miller's defeat dropped their record down to 23-8. As for St. Thomas More, they pushed their record up to 30-9 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Miller nor the Cavaliers have any future games scheduled.
