Football Recap: Aliso Niguel's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

After flying high against Sunny Hills on Tuesday, Aliso Niguel came back down to earth. The Wolverines received a blow on Thursday as they fell 28-13 to the Canyon Comanches. If the Wolverines were looking for revenge after losing 19-14 to the Comanches when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Although Aliso Niguel took the loss, they still got scores from Cambria Kaminski and Addison Rudel.

Aliso Niguel's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5. As for Canyon, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Aliso Niguel will square off against rival Santa Margarita at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Canyon is set to challenge their familiar foe Troy at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
