If Glen Rock was riding high fresh off their 15-1 takedown of Hawthorne on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell just short of the Don Bosco Prep Ironmen by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Glen Rock saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Lagemann, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one double. Another was Wyatt Morrissey, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one RBI.

Glen Rock's loss dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Don Bosco Prep, they pushed their record up to 10-4 with the victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glen Rock will face off against Becton at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Don Bosco Prep, they will take on Livingston at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
