Volleyball Recap: Armuchee Gets the Win

Armuchee had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Coosa Eagles by a score of 2-0. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Ansley Cordle paced Armuchee's offense, picking up nine kills. Cordle got some help from Ava Grace Crump and her 15 assists. Emma Peschel controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Coosa now has a losing record of 1-2.

Armuchee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Model on the 9th. As for Coosa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Rome on the 9th.
