Basketball Game Preview: Cherokee Bluff Bears vs. Jenkins Warriors

The Cherokee Bluff Bears will challenge the Jenkins Warriors at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Cherokee Bluff comes in on six and Jenkins on eight.

Cherokee Bluff is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They walked away with a 63-54 win over Monroe.

Pickens typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Jenkins proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Dragons by a score of 48-39. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Warriors' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 91st in Georgia, while the Dragons are ranked 24th in Georgia).

Cherokee Bluff's win bumped their record up to 23-8. As for Jenkins, their victory bumped their record up to 20-8.
