Soccer Recap: Lakeland's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

Lakeland came into Monday's game having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let the All Saints' Academy Saints onto the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Monday. The contest marked the Dreadnaughts' most dominant win of the season.

They hit All Saints' Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Talon Mundo, Tanner Billich, and Ryon Morgia.

Lakeland's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11-2. As for All Saints' Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakeland will take on Frostproof at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Frostproof will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Lakeland surely won't give up without a fight. As for All Saints' Academy, they will challenge Santa Fe Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
