Halstead had already won ten in a row and they went ahead and made it 11 on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Berean Academy Warriors. That's more bragging rights for the Dragons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Halstead easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-7.

Bailey Bernal paced Halstead's offense, picking up ten kills. Bernal got some help from Jordy Schroeder and her 20 assists. Thea Boese controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Halstead's record now sits at 13-3. As for Berean Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5-1.

Coincidentally, Halstead and Berean Academy will both be playing Moundridge the next time they take the court. The Dragons will head out to face the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Warriors will head out to face them on Tuesday.
