Softball Recap: Gateway Regional Wins Going Away Against Lindenwold

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Audubon, Gateway Regional was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 15-3 margin over the Lindenwold Lions. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Gators considering their two-run performance the match before.

Adriana Endt made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Endt was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Seraphina Abbruzze was excellent, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs and two RBI. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Lily McAdams, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs, one double, and one RBI.

Gateway Regional always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .750. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Gateway Regional's record is now 4-15. As for Lindenwold, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

As of now, neither Gateway Regional nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
