Logan County entered their tilt with Todd County Central on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They enjoyed a cozy 69-53 win over the Todd County Central Rebels. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 114th, while the Rebels are ranked 259th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Logan County's victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Todd County Central, they dropped their record down to 1-23 with the loss, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Franklin-Simpson the next time they take the court. Todd County Central will host Franklin-Simpson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Logan County will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on February 14th.
