Volleyball Recap: Peach County Comes Up Short

Peach County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lamar County. If Peach County was looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to Lamar County when the teams met back in September of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-21.

Peach County's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Lamar County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coincidentally, Peach County and Lamar County will both be playing Spalding the next time they take the court. Peach County will head out to face Spalding at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Lamar County will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
