All Saints Episcopal takes loss despite strong efforts from Emerson Hadnot and Caz Franks

The All Saints Episcopal Trojans were the 61-45 winner over the Shelton Chargers when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. All Saints Episcopal took a 62-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Shelton on Friday. All Saints Episcopal has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the defeat, All Saints Episcopal had strong showings from Caz Franks, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 rebounds, and Emerson Hadnot, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 assists. That was a full 44.2% of All Saints Episcopal's points, marking the sixth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.

All Saints Episcopal has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-15 record this season. As for Shelton, the win got them back to even at 12-12.

All Saints Episcopal will be playing at home against Prince of Peace at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Prince of Peace is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Texas (Dallas Christian is ranked 785th, while Shelton is ranked 765th).
