Volleyball Recap: Climax-Scotts Comes Up Short

Climax-Scotts came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Mendon Hornets. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Hornets: they've now lost five in a row.

Climax-Scotts' loss dropped their record down to 19-6-5. As for Mendon, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 24-3-1 record this season.

Climax-Scotts has already played their next match (against Hillsdale Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Mendon, they will challenge Lakeshore at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
