Somerville is 6-1 against Summit since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Meanwhile, Summit didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Cranford on Friday, but they still walked away with a 24-19 win.

Summit's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Somerville, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Everything came up roses for Somerville against Summit in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 41-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pioneers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
