Baseball Recap: Port Jervis Comes Up Short

Port Jervis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 16-2 to the Nanuet Golden Knights.

Port Jervis saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kayden Watch, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Port Jervis' loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Nanuet, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Coincidentally, Port Jervis and Nanuet will both be playing North Rockland the next time they take the field. The Raiders will host the Raiders at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Golden Knights will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
