Cory Douglas Game Report: vs Bayfield

Cory Douglas gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April of 2025 on Thursday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit (and only one walk).

Looking ahead, Douglas and Aztec will challenge Deming at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will enter the matchup having just beaten Kirtland Central, so the Tigers will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
