Softball Recap: Atlee Raiders vs. Thomas Dale Knights

In what's become a running theme this season, Atlee gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They never let the Thomas Dale Knights onto the board and left with a 7-0 win. Winning may never get old, but Atlee sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Sierra Kegley was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. Kegley has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Kegley was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Shannon McKeever and Camdyn Metts did most of the damage at the plate: McKeever went 2-for-3 with two RBI and a double, while Metts scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.
