Basketball Recap: North Middlesex Regional Snags Sixth Win in Last Eight Games

North Middlesex Regional won the last time they faced Groton-Dunstable and things went their way on Friday too. The North Middlesex Regional Patriots enjoyed a cozy 69-54 victory over the Groton-Dunstable Crusaders.

North Middlesex Regional is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Groton-Dunstable, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Middlesex Regional will venture away from home to challenge Nashoba Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Groton-Dunstable, they will head out to face off against Oakmont Regional at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th.
