Softball Recap: Baldwin Comes Up Short

Baldwin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Episcopal Academy Churchmen, falling 20-5.

Baldwin's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Episcopal Academy, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 19-1.

Coming up, Baldwin will face off against Santa Fe Trail at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chargers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Episcopal Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
