Football Game Recap: Edmonson County vs. Barren County

After a string of three wins, Edmonson County's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They suffered a grim 44-21 defeat to Barren County. The loss was a vexing one since Edmonson County was expected to win based on their ranking.

The matchup brought Barren County to 6-4 and dropped the Wildcats to a mirror-image 4-6.

Edmonson County will square off against Green County at 7:30 p.m. ET next week. These teams are both seeking redemption after dropping matches that they were favored to win. As for Barren County, they will face off against North Hardin at 7:30 p.m. ET. After those two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
