Minooka won against Yorkville last Tuesday with 53 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Minooka Indians beat the Plainfield North Tigers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 53-49. The win was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on six straight.

It was another big night for Madelyn Kiper, who went 8 for 16 on her way to 23 points in addition to seven boards and four blocks. That's the most blocks she has posted since back in November of 2024. Kendall Thomas was another key player, putting up eight points and six assists.

Minooka's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-10. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points over those games. As for Plainfield North, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-7.

Looking ahead, Minooka will square off against Oswego at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Minooka is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.6 points per game this season. Plainfield North has already played their next matchup (against Metea Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
