Volleyball Recap: Richards Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Richards lost against Homewood-Flossmoor back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14.

Homewood-Flossmoor's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alayna Frangella led the charge by getting six digs and two aces. That's the most digs Frangella has posted over her last nine matchups. Ihuoma Ozoh also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Richards' loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Homewood-Flossmoor, the victory got them back to even at 15-15.

Richards has already played their next match (against Blue Island Eisenhower), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Homewood-Flossmoor, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Lincoln-Way West on the 16th.
