Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Logan-Rogersville). Everything went their way against the Aurora Houn Dawgs on Monday as they made off with a 14-7 win. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won nine matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Logan-Rogersville is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Aurora, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Logan-Rogersville will welcome Willard at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Aurora, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Strafford at 4:30 p.m.
