Volleyball Recap: Whitesboro Comes Up Short

Whitesboro lost against Lindsay back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bearcats took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Whitesboro had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-18, 25-27, 25-19.

Whitesboro's defeat dropped their record down to 20-10. As for Lindsay, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-7 record this season.

Whitesboro will square off against Boyd at 4:39 p.m. on Friday. As for Lindsay, they will take on Mineral Wells at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
