La Serna got themselves on the board against Santa Fe on Monday, but Santa Fe never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Chiefs with a sharp 20-0 victory. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Chiefs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Aubrie Baruch was nothing short of spectacular: she threw for 189 yards and three touchdowns.

La Serna didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Alainna Boochie and Presley Cornwell.

La Serna's victory bumped their record up to 12-10-1. As for Santa Fe, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, La Serna and Santa Fe will both be playing California the next time they take the field. The Lancers will head out to face the Condors at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Chiefs will host them at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
