Northern Virginia HomeSchool entered their tilt with Fairfax HomeSchool on Saturday with six consecutive wins dating back to last season, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Hawks. The Centurions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hawks, too.

Paityne Janda paced Northern Virginia HomeSchool's offense, picking up six kills. Janda got some help from Katie Thomas and her 13 assists. Thomas was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Northern Virginia HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Fairfax HomeSchool, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coincidentally, Northern Virginia HomeSchool and Fairfax HomeSchool will both be playing TEACH Homeschool the next time they take the court. The Centurions will head out to face the Beach Breakers at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Hawks will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
