Decatur is a perfect 6-0 against White Pigeon since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Raiders will look to defend their home field against the Chiefs at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Decatur is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Eaton Rapids just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Saturday. They came up short against the Greyhounds, falling 16-4.

Mallory Kelly and Kendall Ross stepped up to the plate in a big way. Kelly went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run, while Ross went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, White Pigeon lost 16-6 to Colon on Saturday. The Chiefs haven't had much luck with the Magi recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Decatur's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for White Pigeon, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.

Decatur took their win against White Pigeon in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 12-0 score. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Chiefs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
