Volleyball Recap: Madison West Falls Short of Deforest in the Playoffs

Madison West and DeForest squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Madison West had to settle for second. They came up short against the Norskies, falling 3-0. The loss leaves the Regents still looking for their first win of the season.

While Madison West was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-22.

Madison West's defeat dropped their record down to 0-30. As for DeForest, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-10.

Madison West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for DeForest, they will take on Sun Prairie West at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
