Volleyball Recap: Bishop Alemany Takes a Loss

Bishop Alemany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Chaminade Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

While Bishop Alemany was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Chaminade's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18, 25-21.

Bishop Alemany's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Chaminade, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Bishop Alemany didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against St. Francis on the 3rd. As for Chaminade, they will be taking part in a tournament against Canoga Park at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles are facing the Hunters at the right time seeing as the Hunters are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
