Volleyball Recap: Intrinsic Takes a Loss

Intrinsic lost against Disney II back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Titans by a score of 2-1. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Intrinsic sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 21-25, 25-21.

Intrinsic's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Disney II, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3-2 record this season.

Intrinsic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Chicago Mathematics & Science on the 16th. As for Disney II, after both having extra time off, they and Prosser will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
