Soccer Game Preview: Oakcrest vs. Fredericksburg Christian

The Oakcrest Chargers will take on the Fredericksburg Christian Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Oakcrest is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

If Oakcrest beats Fredericksburg Christian with five goals on Monday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Chargers put the hurt on Chelsea Academy with a sharp 5-1 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Oakcrest, who have now won three matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Chelsea Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Amal Mohammed (2), Emily Mochen (2), and Ana Marie Diaz-Bonilla.

Meanwhile, Fredericksburg Christian kept a clean sheet against Seton on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Conquistadors. Given Fredericksburg Christian's advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 22nd, while Seton are ranked 155th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
