Soccer Game Preview: Midlothian vs. Kaufman

The Midlothian Panthers will venture away from home to take on the Kaufman Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Midlothian's last five matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

It was a proper cat-fight when Midlothian challenged Ennis on Friday. The Panthers and the Lions finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Kaufman fell victim to Terrell and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 8-0 to the Tigers.

Kaufman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. Midlothian's draw makes their record 6-4-3 this season.

Everything went Midlothian's way against Kaufman in their previous meeting back in March of 2025, as Midlothian made off with a 4-0 win. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
