Basketball Recap: Northeast Takes a Loss

Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 63-21 loss at the hands of the North Linn Lynx. The match marked the Rebels' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for North Linn, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-1.

Northeast didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-38 loss against Anamosa on the 11th. As for North Linn, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 58-44 win against Cascade on the 13th.
