There's no place like home for Mooresville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They secured a 26-21 W over the Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs on Saturday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Pioneers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Connor Cruz was the offensive standout of the match as he threw for 328 yards and three touchdowns while completing 79.2% of his passes. Brody Beasley helped Cruz out on the ground, picking up 48 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
