Julian Vargas has led Lake Brantley in assists on the season and he led the team again on Wednesday. Vargas shot 55% from the field en route to 13 points along with five assists and five boards, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played.

Looking ahead, Vargas and Lake Brantley will head out on the road to square off against Lyman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Vargas has dominated as far as three-point shooting accuracy are concerned (he's averaged 52.6% per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Greyhounds have only allowed 0.28 per game this season.
