Football Recap: Strong Performance on D from Crew Coursey and Mack Dixon Leads Idabel over Muldrow

Idabel won the last time they faced Muldrow and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 23-14. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Idabel was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 225 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.

The victory got Idabel back to even at 3-3. As for Muldrow, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2.

Coming up, Idabel will take on Locust Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will be up against the Pirates' rather soft defense (which has allowed 54.33 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Muldrow, they will square off against Lincoln Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lincoln Christian will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
