While Ridgeline's victory against Stansbury wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Riverhawks narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Stallions 4-2. The Riverhawks haven't had any issues with the Stallions recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Oaklee Richards spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on ten hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Ava Hess, who went 3-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Kennedy Dahlke, who went 3-for-4 with one RBI.

Ridgeline's record now sits at 14-7. As for Stansbury, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ridgeline will host Bear River at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stansbury, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Hurricane at 10:00 a.m. The Stallions will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests.
