Football Recap: Jayden Wallace and Jack Wilson Secure Win for Sherwood

While Sherwood's win against Glencoe wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bowmen narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Crimson Tide 12-10. The Bowmen haven't had any issues with the Crimson Tide recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Jack Wilson and Jayden Wallace. Wilson rushed for 105 yards and one touchdown while Wallace rushed for 97 yards. Wallace also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing one fumble and making six total tackles.

Sherwood now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Glencoe, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.
