Volleyball Recap: Word of God Academy Comes Up Short

Word of God Academy lost against Garland County Athletes for Christ Home School on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Force fell 2-0 to the Patriots.

Haddie Giles paced Word of God Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Giles got some help from Gentry Allen and her eight assists. Paisley Giles controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Word of God Academy's loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Garland County Athletes for Christ Home School, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Word of God Academy will host Ascension Classical at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Garland County Athletes for Christ Home School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
