Basketball Recap: McNair Eagles vs. Tracy Bulldogs
A win for McNair just wasn't in the cards on Thursday as the squad wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They had to suffer through a 62-23 loss at the hands of the Tracy Bulldogs. The Eagles lost against the Bulldogs in their previous head to head back in December of 2016, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 74-65 score last time.
Maximillian Russell was his usual excellent self, going 8 for 14 en route to 18 points plus five rebounds and five steals for Tracy. The game was Russell's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Ahmad Hardman was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
McNair now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Tracy, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
McNair will face off against Gregori at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tracy has already played their next contest (against McNair), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
