Pioneer won the last time they faced Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North and things went their way on Saturday too. The Diamondbacks put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Diamondbacks.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Pioneer was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 25-9.

Pioneer's victory bumped their record up to 28-4. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-14.
