After only one run in their last match, Modoc made sure to put some runs up on the board against Trinity on Friday. The Braves put the hurt on the Wolves with a sharp 13-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Braves, who have now won five games by eight runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Colin Jeffers, who went 1-for-4 with four RBI and one double. Trustin Thomas was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one home run and one stolen base.

Modoc's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Trinity, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Modoc beat the Wolves by a score of 8-2 later that day.
