Football Recap: Paint Creek Starts Season with Defeat at Home + How To Watch

Paint Creek unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They had to suffer through a 68-20 loss at the hands of the Gustine Tigers. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing 58-30 to the Tigers when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Coming up, Paint Creek will take on Moran at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Gustine, they will face off against Buckholts at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
