Basketball Recap: Warren Township Comes Up Short

Warren Township was the 52-34 winner over Wauconda when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Warren Township Blue Devils lost to the Wauconda Bulldogs on the road by a 53-39 margin on Monday. The Blue Devils' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Warren Township's loss dropped their record down to 4-25. As for Wauconda, their win bumped their record up to 21-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Warren Township will challenge Stevenson at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wauconda, they will face off against North Chicago at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wauconda is facing North Chicago at the right time seeing as North Chicago is stuck on an 18-game losing streak.
