Curtis Baptist piles up the points against Wardlaw Academy

The Curtis Baptist Crusaders put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Wardlaw Academy 77-50 at home. Curtis Baptist might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three matchups by 27 points or more this season.

Curtis Baptist found their leader in underclassman Ty Shine, who scored 24 points. The match was Shine's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Chas Beasley, who scored 13 points.

Curtis Baptist's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Wardlaw Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Curtis Baptist will take on Mead Hall Episcopal School at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wardlaw Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Our Lady of the Rosary at 7:30 p.m.
