The biggest upset of the week belonged to Stone Ridge Christian, who took down 976th ranked Elliot Christian, 48-42. Estevon Herrera ran for 231 yards during the win.

Big Valley Christian scaled the state rankings by moving to 950 from 988 this week, the biggest jump in Central California Athletic Alliance. The Lions climbed the ranks as a result of topping Millennium 28-7.

Herrera provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Knights topped the Eagles.

Daniel Elliott made the biggest impact on defense this week as Big Valley Christian bested the Falcons. The 5-foot-11 senior recorded 1 fumble and racked up 2 sacks.

Austin Caldron threw for 227 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Herrera was a beast in the backfield as Stone Ridge Christian beat Elliot Christian.

Herrera was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 231 yards on 24 carries as Arthur De Jager's team defeated Sierra Ridge/Rite of Passage. Jaime Trevino also contributed to the rushing game with 184 yards on the ground.

The Knights' Caldron and Edrico Oliver Jr. have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Caldron has thrown for 1,765 yards this season, while Oliver Jr. has 34 catches for 477 yards. Herrera from the Knights leads the league in rushing with 915 yards.

Stone Ridge Christian's Herrera needs only 85 yards against the Rams next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Herrera has rushed for 915 yards on 103 carries so far this year.

An important game coming up in Central California Athletic Alliance this week will be when Brookside Christian takes on Larry Shimel's team. At the moment, Sam Sears' team is in second, while the Lions are in third.

The Knights added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Sierra Ridge/Rite of Passage, 58-8. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
