Basketball Recap: Grace Christian Continues Road Dominance on Tuesday + How To Watch

Grace Christian won the last time they faced St. Thomas More Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Crusaders took down the Chancellors 72-54. The Crusaders pushed the score to 65-37 by the end of the third, a deficit the Chancellors cut but never quite recovered from.

Josiah Currie was a one-man wrecking crew as he shot 75% from the field to rack up 18 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Grant Jacques, who went 6-for-9 en route to 15 points and three steals.

Grace Christian pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Grace Christian will venture away from home to square off against Greensboro Day School at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Thomas More Academy, they will host Durham Flight HomeSchool at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
